For those taking magnesium to releive tremor, about how much are you taking per day that helps releive tremor? I am taking a complex that contains in it 56mg per day but I don't think its enough

I have twitches and I take 250mg per day.

Twitches may be helped with mag. Tremors may be another issue entirely - like Bartonella for example. -------------------- Be well, Scott
