If you don't get any help here, click on the green area "support groups" on the left of this page and contact them. Also, there is a notice in the finding a doctor section that tells you what to do if you don't get an answer.
You're, apparently, going to have to travel to find a LLMD because they're few and far between. Most of us have to travel to see our LLMDs.

Martha, I'm glad you saw the information that I posted on the other forum.
To get to the "seeking a doctor" forum, click on "forum home" near the top of this page. Or look at the bottom of the page, where it says "Hop to..."
When you get time, start reading the "newbie links" at the top of the medical forum. You may be able to get some of the answers you're looking for there.
