I have been giving my boys chewable Acidophilus with Lactobacillus acidophilus 90mg, lactobacillus bifidus 25mg.. The bottle states its for adults but I thought it would be safe for children?!!?! Am I okay to give them this?

The both of them are unfortunatly not big yougurt fans. It's hard to get them to eat yogurt!

Does anyone take there children to see Dr. C
Do you give your child the powder nystatin you mix with juice? IF so I have been mixing 1/4 tsp in with juice but it doesnt desolve very good and the kids gag on it?!? If anyone has any tips let me know.. I am worried they are not getting all of the dose of nystatin.

I sure dont want them to develop C-Diff or other things.

Thank You!

Concerned MOM!

Gosh I know there is a childrens acidophillus but I cant think of who makes it.

Maybe you can type "childrens acidophillus" into the search engine.

Actually check the flora cource web sote, they might be the ones who make it.

I hope some other people might have some suggestions as well.

Good Luck

I buy the chewable Primadolphilus for my 2 year old and 4 year old. It should be in the refrigerated section of the pharmacy and stored in the fridge at home.

I think everyone gags on nystatin powder...ugh. The juice would be counteractive since it contains sugar.

I feel sorry for the little ones!
