I drink a lot of waer every day, but with cold weather it is not so appealing so I devised this trick:

I have a great big teapot which I fill every morning with bottled water. To it I add tons of detox teas, green tea with lemon and whatevef else in the tea area that appeals to me. Sometimes I even add a little apple juice to sweeten it up (just a little).

That pot simmers all day and I drink cups and cups of it, sometimes even making a new pot before the day is over. The results are excellent: I pee all day and it helps the other part as well.

It is a cozy thing to do on cold winter days and gets the water down my throat.

Also I fall back on the coffee enema for detox about once a week. these two things help me with detox and I don't HATE them, which is important to keeping it up on a regular basis.

I keep a full water bottle with me at all times! Since I'm a teacher and can't run to the bathroom every half-hour, I found that sipping on the water throughout the day gets quite a few cups down!
