Anyone have anything helpful for nerve issues that persist even after ABX treatment is done? (Tingling, buzzing in feet, burning sensations, etc) Any kind of supplement or protocol that helps?

Those are symptoms of Vitamin B12 deficiency. Unfortunately, like testing for Lyme, tests for this are unreliable. At it's extreme, such deficiency can cause demyalinization of the spinal cord, which is permanent. Risk factors for deficiency include past stomach surgery, old age, chronic infection, and a vegan diet.
Dr. B. asserts that Lyme patients are frequently depleted of B12 and in such cases recommends the consideration of using either cyanocobalamin (standard B12) or methylcobalamin. Both are shots. A lot of peole here take methylcobalamine for such issues along with fatigue.

Thanks. I was on the B12 shots for about 6 months, but have been off for a while. I will consider going back on!

Just my opinion: if you're still having Lyme symptoms, you are still infected and should be on abx.

Yes, I feel somewhat the same. I've been off ABX for about 6 months, but things are starting to creep back slowly. How quickly does tha Alpha Lipoic Acid work?

I had it both IV and orally and it took a few months. I was also on abx so if the bb was causing the Paresthesias, both were helpful.

I have been told by a neurologist that nerves can regrow, albeit very slowly.

A first and most important consideration would be making sure to STOP any infectious process from causing further damage. Meaning, find that new LLMD. Bb can and DOES cause demyelineation of nerves exactly like MS.
While it is certainly possible that a nerve might NOT be able to repair itself if a certain amount of damage has already occurred, I would not take the word of an LLMD who hadn't tried any harder than yours did. I'd keep looking!
