IV zith gave me a scarey herx in the third week. Maybe this won't happen to you, but Dr. B's guidelines says to expect an abrupt herx about that time.

Are you taking it with anything else?

I've been on iv zith - 500 mg once a day - since october 05. I have had minor improvements on it, nothing spectacular in my case, but I have heard of good results from others who have been on it.

I wish you the best of luck!
