MY GOSH! That would kill anyone's stomach!! Most LLMD's begin their patients on very low dosages [like 250mg a day] and then have them "ramp up" the dosage.
Why?? Because the herx can be horrific and you don't want to go there!!
I would hesitate [ALOT] before taking silver for any length of time. I did try it once, EVER SO BRIEFLY, but was not impressed with the results.
From what I've read on this board, Samento is not that effective against Lyme either.
Do you have an LLMD??
almost forgot.... I took tinidazole and the side effects were less, but I didn't see much result either. If you really need a cyst buster, that would be a good thing to try.
I may not have gotten much result because I had already been through MANY rounds of flagyl.

I agree with Lymetoo. Perhaps start with a smaller dose. My LLMD started me too high and after a week or so I couldn't keep it down. I never did get a chance to see the results due to this. Went on I.V. flagyl instead with no positive results. Hiker

I believe you asked about Cat's Claw, NOT Samento. As it is understood out here in the world, Cat's Claw is the WHOLE herb, and Samento is the TOA-free extract from Cat's Claw.
DO NOT take the Samento, take the real Cat's Claw. It has much more benefits for you and in eradicating your Lyme Disease.
Many people have not studied herbs properly and listen to ONE test that was never duplicated and therefore NOT valid. IT touted TOA-free Samento. It is INCORRECT. Period.
I would suggest trying Andrographis, Devil's Claw, Resveratrol, Sarsaparilla along with other herbs, along with the Silver and Cat's CLaw; depending on WHAT your symptoms are.
Cat's claw is good for arthritus and asthma also. Along with urinery tract problems and others. DO NOT take with anti-acids even though it CAN cause intestinal upset. I found that by adding C-Salts from nutri.com, will solve a lot of stomach problems. sure helps me.
you can take some anti-acids a couple hours before and after taking the Cat's Claw though. You gotta do what you gotta do. Keep them simple though, like Tums or equivalent.
