Aaaaah, Robi, still in insomnia hell, huh? Me too, especially since stating on Levaquin. If this works let me know...

I have gotten 4-5 good hours (with dreams) recently using Lunesta and melatonin together. As far as anybody (including my pharmacist) seems to know there aren't any contraindications for combining these two, although I do it with caution and only a couple of times a week.

Note that rozerem should not be used with rifampin, Nizoral, or diflucan.

I'm sure a good diagnostic pharmacist (were there such a beast) could probably figure out a lot about what our brain chemistry is doing from the side effects each sleep aid does or doesn't give you. Ambien was ther worst so far for me.

You know, maybe aliens from the ethereal plane are stealing our sleep to power their space ships....So all we have to do in invent hyperspace drive, build ethereal plane weapons, and launch a counterattack. Or maybe we can negotiate through the WTO. Something to think about between the ours of 1 am and 3 am, anyway.

Best of luck.

I didn't know that diflucan could not be used with Rozerem. My daughter has been using Rozorem with Seroquel. This has really helped her sleep.

Has Seroquel caused weight gain with anyone else. My daughter put on 70 pounds in the last 6-9 months. We don't know if it's the Bartonella or the meds. Frustrating!!
