i've heard that the diet eight right for your blood type is good for lyme. also that many people are doing a total sugar free diet.

does this help??

When I was searching to feel better - before Lyme, I tried the eat right 4 your blood type and it did help me VERY much! I did find it difficult, as I was to stay away from wheat and wheat is in EVERYTHING! But honestly - when I was able to stay away from flour, wheat and all that I DID feel much better. I know it helped me. Thanks for the reminder...I will pull my book out again.

Yes, our llmd subscribes to the diet for blood type in general terms.

For example, I'm an O, so I won't eat wheat or very much grain for that matter. This change makes most of the improvement. I limit dairy, but don't split hairs about chichen or turky, etc.
