When I was searching to feel better - before Lyme, I tried the eat right 4 your blood type and it did help me VERY much! I did find it difficult, as I was to stay away from wheat and wheat is in EVERYTHING! But honestly - when I was able to stay away from flour, wheat and all that I DID feel much better. Yes, our llmd subscribes to the diet for blood type in general terms.
For example, I'm an O, so I won't eat wheat or very much grain for that matter. This change makes most of the improvement. I limit dairy, but don't split hairs about chichen or turky, etc.
