band 31 is highly specific to Bb--nothing else but Lyme can create a positive reaction to that band.
Also you have IND (meaning indeterminate) on 23-25. This is another highly specific band(s) for Lyme. IND means they saw SOME reaction, but it isnt as strong as POSITIVE is.
The difference between IgM and IgG in Lyme is not the same as other illnesses. Usually IgG is the longer term antibodies--the ones the body sends when there is an ONGOING fight. IgM is the first on the scene of an infection and are supposed to taper after 6 weeks. THis is not the case with MANY lyme sufferers including me. I am IgM pos, not IgG for 15 years. That is a very long 6 weeks, eh?

Yes, sound like Lyme and likely will turn more positive as you start treatment. You need to test for coinfections as well to round out the picture. See "Testing" on my site below.
