I seem to get some benefit from doxy pills. But I seem to have maxed out at 600mgs. Its probably the only drug that kinda helps. I was wondering if anybody had gotten benefit from switching to a high dose of Doxy to IV??
Anybody?? Any opinions??

hi I just started on 100 mg iv doxy 2x's/day...
it's getting deep into my brain...I'm happy. I couldn't tolerate oral doxy at all...horrible gi problems. So, I don't know which is better for you, but the iv is agreeing with me.
My best advice would be to dicuss it with a knowlegdable LLMD.

At the same dosage more should get into your blood system and tissues due to bypassing adsorption or lack there of in the stomach. Under optimal conditions it is 90% absorbed though.
