Just found out that VitaminShoppe has absorbable fiber that can bind toxins in the blood. This seems better than colon cleanse. Has anybody tried and how is it? Thanks

What is it called, blue? Is there evidence that it will bind the toxic proteins discharged when the bacteria die? I take chlorella for this purpose now and am always looking for things that work. My LLMD holds to the theory that we have to clear out the toxins as we go or else they just keep circulating and causing painful symptoms. -------------------- Jeff
