I think they are still charging for more recent issues, like this one. You may have to order this and send them a check for the fee. It is the older issues that are on-line.
And if you have dial up, it will be easier anyway to have a hard copy than to download a whole issue.
The insurance issue is #39/40. It deals with insurance, as in insurance paying for health care. You previously asked about LT ins which I think means disability. This is different. Suggest you do a search of the archives using search word disability. There has been a lot of discussion about this previously. Also, #41 issue of Lyme Times has a long article on disability ins by a disability advocate, whose contact info has been posted on lymenet in the past. Do a search.
