Hi. My gym has both a dry and wet (steam) sauna. Does anyone have any opinions which is better for LD patients. The dry sauna is at 180 degrees and the steam is 120 degrees. Infrared is not an option - I heard this is the best. I know the sauna is good for eliminating toxins and my LLMD said it is very good for breaking up the Lyme bacteria. Anyone have any opinions one way on the other? I try to stay about 15 -20 min in either. Thanks.

I know that infrared is the best and I have one ordered!!! Yippee, can't wait to get it,
I think that the point is to help you sweat, wet or dry. I guess the best one for you is the one that makes you sweat, to get the toxins out, that you can tolerate.
See how you feel when you use both and try to judge from that.
Good luck
