Anyone know any tricks for when insurance refuses to reimburse me for a Drs visit or Igenx testing? I have an HMO and was not able to be referred to a lyme literate dr so I had to see someone else (who I found on my own). I submitted the form to be reimbursed and of course was told no.
Same with the tests....
if you have any form letters or tried-and-true methods of getting insurance to help, I would LOVE your advice! thanks!!
I know this is probably something we all deal with (BLAH!)
