Its the medication in your saliva, it is a normal side effect. It will go away in time. In the mean time, suck on mints, gum, whatever...it will go away :-)

Isn't it amazing how a couple of pills can do so much (good and bad).
I have always found that amazing. Until now, however, I never took meds. This is kinda new and scary for me.
