I tried my first injection of methylcobalamin last week. I went to my sisters house to let her teach me how to inject it (she is a nurse).
I felt OK right away, so I drove home. Halfway there I had a pulsing feeling in my left eye that quickly turned into a dull migraine that lingered all day.
It wasd the day before my period when I am prone to migraines anyway. I had this happen with the sublingual type also. Anyone else have this reaction?

I've been taking B-12 shots for about 9 months and haven't noticed anything different. I hope for your sake the shots aren't causing the headaches!

Check the ingredients - does your injectable stuff ocntain aluminum? This could cause migraines.
