There are many families that have multiple members have Lyme disease.
Could it be that one member brought the bug in the house without knowing it and the bug fell off after feeding and multiplied in the house and then infected others?
This might explain high incidence of LD in a family not just because the family is in a epidemic area.
If this is true, we need clean our house completely.
But how to clean the house?
Any comments

3 people in my house and 1 next door have had lyme.
1 person got infected twice mowing our front yard.
I think some areas just have a high infestation and apparently at least a substantial portion of them have lyme.
(2 people ,therefore 1/2, got the rash and was treated right away)
I am the only one still sick.
Also sometimes the children are born with it because the mother didnt know she was sick.
Dh cut a tree and after he had it uprighted, we saw he had numerous ticks on his shirt!!! It was so bad, he sprayed tick spray on the tree and it died.
What upset me most was how quick the limbs turned brown and brittle from the spray. Just imagine what it does to us when we spray it on our clothes? Posts: 867 | From PA | Registered: Jan 2006

Sprinkle salt on your carpet and then vacuum.
A good free dog-flea bath is to take your pet to the... ocean!
