Do different treatments cause herxs at different times after starting them. I seem to have a herx also that cycles every 4 weeks independantly of whatever treatment I'm on.
Anyone else seen this?

Absolutely -- every drug has a different half-life and time to peak dose so the response to every drug will be different.
The Lyme symptom checklist includes a question about worse symptoms every 30 days or so -- haven't seen this with hubby as every day is bad but many say as they get better this pattern becomes more obvious -- it has something to do with the tick's lifecycle I think.
