it is 7 pm and i just ate too much pasta. i was wondering if anyone could relate to how i am feeling?
i have been getting really painful headaches as of late, sort of like someone is squeezing my head on all sides.
right now i feel very dizzy and woozy, lightheaded. i feel like i could just keel over. has anyone gotten this way?
i don't have a diagnosis yet, but i am in the process of getting bloodwork for igeneX.
i just cannot help but think the worst, like i have a brain tumor or something. i know it sounds terrible. i have gotten very scared for my health ever since my symptoms started, i never worried before this. it's terrible!
thanks for the support! michelle

im not a doctor, but it sounds like yeast.
ive had this, it is a very terrible feeling. i call it my going in and out of consiousness feeling.
i get slight headaches too.....it makes me feel really bad like im dying.
have you tried sticking to the anti yeast diet...no carbs meats and veggies. try it for a few days and see if your symptoms subside.
hang in there.

didnt want to believe it untill I noticed the connection.

Sugar has been a problem for 5 years, the past 3 have been really bad. I get bad burning vertigo , all kinds of symptoms from it.
