I always check with my llmd... some things can't be mixed... some things need to be taken away from other things...

how much to take... when to take it in my army of pills

I would ask greg's llmd about any herb before you try to give it to him.

Thank You for the sight Jay [Smile]

I'm my OWN lldm, so I ask ME when I want to add something or subtract something.

MY BODY tells me WHAT is working and WHAT is not working.

I have put two or three herbs on hold, at least temporarily, for one reason or another, in the past few months of taking many, many differnt herbs.

The BEST place I have found IF you are not knowledgeable yourself, is the Healing Lyme book by Stephen Harrod Buhner, the Master Herbalist.

IT is SUPER thorough and well written so MOST of us can understand it with a little study.

Research is THE key. Don't just take it for granted, or listen to what someone TELLS you, just because they have a "degree"; and "claim" to be an expert. Test the waters yourselves.

It is a long journey, so a couple minor detours should not hurt. AND MAY just help a whole lot more than many can fathom.

Happy Hunting.

Thanks for posting on the herbal site. I checked them out and their prices are actually lower than StarWest Botanicals by a few pennies on most of their herbs. I don't know WHAT their quality is, probably will have to check into it further.

One thing though is that I could not find Andrographis and Resveratrol in their listing, which are two of the most important used in Lyme.
I get my Resveratrol from 1st Chinese Herbs in washington.

I didn't check out to see IF they have a FREE shipping policy or not or IF not, what their charges are.

I live in the boonies in central Wisconsin, so don't have any good places real close by to handle all I need for me. Only smaller herbal stores that I know of. And i don't care to travel 100 miles to larger stores when it is so easy to order online.

Take care,
Jim [Cool]

of Quinine powder--MMMM Tasty

I also ordered a pound of chopped
Quinine herb from Raintree--

I will see if there is any differance
between the two

I see many spoon fulls of yummy
crud in my fuiture--

Cant wate--

The gardensoftheancients.com
has a Bunch more stuff that they
dont list on there site --

Call them-
they will look to find
herbs that are not commonly avaiable-
and they Will talk to you-
