For me, my white counts also dropped to 3.1. I also have ehrlichia. One of the signatures of this bug is that it hits the white counts. You can see this also in Dr Bs guidlines, but the others can also cause some of this. I did see a direct realation to when I have been specifically treated for ehrlichia, when my erhlicia bug load went down, my white counts went back up but it really can be hard to say. When I was on IVs and had weekly blood draws, I saw a lot of changes across all blood work. My Lymphocytes have been as high as 80% at times. I would not be too concerned.
How is your lymph system been draining? I have noticed that when I get regular lymphatic massage that my lympocytes drop back to the 30% range. Lymph drainage is important to keep the toxins that build up moving out.

A CBC (Complete Blood Count) even with a differential is not specific for Lyme disease. It can indicate a bacterial/viral infection but it will not tell you which one it is. Further workup looks like its warranted.
