Icey,

You would use the concentrator to breath in pure O2 for a given period of time.

I think my doctor had me on 8 LPM for an hour or two a day. I didn't notice any improvement, but the LPM and time could be different, I forget.

You can rent one for $50-75/mo. with doctor's Rx or try Ebay, I think you can get one for a couple hundred or so. Shipping might be an issue since they're so heavy.

Some on the CFS side have had some success using a rebreather, meaning you are breathing bad in a certain percentage of your expelled breaths.

Sorry, can't offer much more than that, O2 isn't talked about much. Perhaps consider hyperbaric? Good luck,

Tim

My husband set me up with a steam tent and we pipe in oxygen/ozone with the oxygen concentrator.

Bev here on Lymenet wrote about it some type back and she helped him get all the materials needed. An actual rocket scientist helped her get hers together.

We bought a foldable massage table and the concentrator off E-bay.
The steam tent goes over your body but not the head (can't breath in ozone).

I lie down in there for 30 minutes and usually the temperature is anywhere from 115 - 120. I do this every night and it feels great on the muscles.

Its helping a lot with detoxing. If you want to know where we bought everything, send me a pm.

Sandy
