HI all,
I am in need of a doctor to treat an ALS possible Lyme patient. Dr. J. in PA is not taking any ALS patients out of state now. If anyone has any dr. that will possibly treat let me know. This person would be coming from Ohio, need a Dr. as close by as possible.
The ALS patients are increasing like crazy in my county. This is the 7th one so far.
Please e-mail my3angels [email protected] Thanks a bunch for your help. Barb

Hi Barb,
How are you? Hope you are well. I'm one of your green santas. I used to be known as Gael, but now I'm Acorn.
I'll see what I can find out for you and post back later with any luck.
Thanks for still looking out for others like you do,

Barb, have you tried also the support group, left-hand side, by contacting a group leader about lyme/ALS paitents in their groups?
Best wishes; you are a wonderful advocate helping others!

Hi Barb,
Didn't have an actual name of a doctor to give you. Sorry, but I looked and looked.
Here is the contact information for the Northern Ohio, and Central and Southern Ohio ALS Association. And also information for Ohio State University - College of Medicine.
Maybe you can find some useful information from these organizations, or some names of reputable doctors near your friends home.

Any LLMD should do. Find one and go with it. No neuro will do much good unless he knows how to treat lyme disease and is willing to do so.
