I took my mother away for a mothers day weekend and have just gotten back. I am so tired, but my twitching is worse. Does sugar make the twitching worse or could it just be from lack of sleep?

My twitching gets a lot worse when I'm tired. That would be my first bet.
I know it does get worse when my diet is bad (high sugar and high fat). But the fatigue is the real kicker.

My twitching gets worse with either sugar or with fatigue from lack of sleep. Also worsens when sick with cold/flu.
