it takes about 3 weeks, you can call them and check to see where they are in the process and also see if the results were faxed to the dr office.

My insurace reimbursed me about half....but only because i has used up my deductable during the year with all the lab work and ER visits etc before diagnosis.

Give them a call. I just did last night and they said they may have my daughter's results by Friday, which would be only 1 1/2 weeks since the blood was drawn. The girl who helped me was very nice and encouraged me to check back on Friday afternoon.

but doesnt the insurance think, "well why should we reimburse this lyme test if they could have been tested through labcorp for free." do they realize the importance of a specialized lab like igeneX?

Out of $180 I paid for western blot tests, I was reimbured $43 at most from Calif. BCBS since my blood was sent there vs. Iowa. I had problems galore.

7 - 10 Business Days. Then they are faxed to your doctors office.

Usually a week or 10 days. Give your doctor a call after 10 days, see if the results are in.
I have had good luck with reimbursement too.
