The first time I got a bulls eye I never saw a tick and had no idea I had been bitten. I went to the doc that day and got short term treatment and was fine.
The bulls eye grew to be 10 inches round covering my whole skinny thigh.
Its impossible to know if you have had another unseen tick bite or if this is a manifestation of ongoing lyme.
I would definately call my doc PDQ. good luck
