swallowing is another symptom of LYME; I didn't know it when I had all sorts of tests done including a catscan....

don't know about the other; refer back to the symptoms list found in TREEPATROL'S NEWBIE LINKS

My daughter had swallowing problems. She had trouble with pills and many foods. This has improved a LOT with the abx.

I have had trouble with a numb tongue that occasionally causes a slur. It waxes and wanes.
I believe it is partly a yeast issue because it swells and gets worse when I eat high-carb foods.
But the tingling, I imagine must be nuerological.

I hope you get some improvement on this. If you do a search here, there have been discussions about the swallowing.

FYI - I learned this from 2 accupunturists. When you start to get that scaluping on the sides of the tounge, it is a sign of the lypmh fulids not flowing threw the lymph system. You might also start to get a lot of cotton mouth also. There have been two points in my treatment that the sides became very wrinkled, almost like cracking, very ugly. When I started to get more lymph support and lymph massage this improved.

Luke, I just added 8 more pages of my lab results to my 4-20-06 post on lab results.

SORE TONGUE was mentioned in there, but since I can't remember on what specific thing, check it out; may help you. It was at the same place as yours now.
