I went last week and he took about a gallon of blood for a number of tests through MDL. I also have to get a brain spect scan done at a local hospital as he requested.
I just got a call from his office, saying I had to make a follow-up appointment for next week.
As I have to drive 2 hours to get to his office, I inquired if they found anything from the bloodtest? Of course, they wouldn't tell me.
If you know him/the way he works, would he insist I come in next week if nothing was evident in the bloodwork?
Thanks!

I didn't realize we weren't supposed to include city in our LLMD questions. I edited it so as not to get in trouble. Posts: 867 | From PA | Registered: Jan 2006

I asked to speak to the doc and did. He told me he won't put me on anything except Biaxin that my primary doc has me on, until he gets results of the spect scan I'm having tomorrow.
I got him to tell me that my bloodtest results came out as "quasi" positive.
He said the brain scan will likely put me over the top for insurance.
I'm confused. If I don't have lyme, having about 60 of the 80 or so symptoms, who does?
Maybe it's the MDL results are sketchy, but ....but....I'm dying here.
I actually said to him, I don't care if I don't have lyme. Been suffering all of this physical and mental stuff for over 14 years...with original CFS diagnosis.
I just challenged him to tell me what I "do" have. Posts: 867 | From PA | Registered: Jan 2006
