I've been taking Lariam and artemesinin for a while now. Took 1 a day for 3 days and now I take it once every 5 days. I've taken six Lariam pills total.

Anywho. I've got some weird rash now. It looks like pimples--under the skin it is dark red. It is all over my stomach and legs.

Anyone else have them

I never tested positive for babesia, so I am not sure if it is a herx. I am not sure if it is related either--I just moved into a new apartment maybe there are bugs or something.

The first thing that came to mind since you have moved into a new place...is bedbugs! Just read an article about how they are on the rise and people are being bitten by them in the most exclusive hotels!

Do they itch? Could you be having an allergic reaction?

I think I would call your doctor if I were you.

Good luck!
