Anyone have any ideas? I have Keiser but am willing to sign up for a different one. Anyone have a specific plana and company they work with that covers most everything so far?

I don't know if there is a simple answer to your question. I have the most 'flexible' of the insurance plans offered where I work, but many lyme literate doctors don't take insurance, and many insurance plans don't cover extended abx therapy, or anything remotely 'alternative'.
I think plans also vary by region and employer, even within insurance companies.
I think you need to first figure out what doctor(s) you plan to see, and what treatments you want to pursue, and then figure out if any of your available insurance plans will cover you.

Keiser and most other HMO's are NOT good at diagnosing and treating Lyme(webserch Keiser-Lyme).
I would get a PPO and find a private Dr. that treats Lyme. Alan
