I have been reading the guidelines and suggestions. My question are these.... Anyone following a low carb diet and seeing any imporovments?? Opinions?

What about all the supplements? Improvement? Is there a comprehensive listing?

Why is alcohol forbid and why does it make me feel so awful??? What happens when you drink it??

Thanks to all of you who know so much more than I!

Hi Amy,

I don't follow a strict low carb diet but I also know when I've had too many because my pain level increases and fatigue.

A lot of folks follow a more strict diet and have good results.

The suggested supplements such as coq10(antioxidant),B50complex(restores B vitamins robbed from us by the spirochete){some folks think that the B vitamins feed and strengthen the spirochete} I think that's possible but I always felt better doing them.

Following Dr B's supplement guidelines won't steer you wrong...

I also added a garlic/parsley supplement that I found helped measurably.

Alchohol lowers our immune system. It also contains sugars and carbs that our bugs like.
This is probably why you feel like crap when you drink it.

Others will I'm sure give ya some more food for thought............zman
