I've been on Doxy for about 2 weeks, and I've recently begun to get cold pinprick sensations in my hands/arms. This is the newest in the vast array of neuro symptoms I have. Has anyone ever had this sensation when on antibiotics?

Yes I had that too. It was worst in the beginning when I was on doxy. Could have been the doxy or just the stage I was in. Eventually the pricks stopped & my hands would get very cold. I always carry gloves with me even in summer.
I find it is best to warm up with a blanket or gloves when I'm cold even when I know it isn't cold out.
Detox: lots of water, Detox tea, Epsom Salt Baths (2 cups per tubful) and podipatches (www.akgnaturals) or ebay detox patches, all helped lessen the pinpricks and tingling which got especially bad from the knees down to my toes. This made me think these symptoms are more a result of toxins from killing the lyme than from the Lyme itself.
Just my opinion though.
