A mild hyperbaric chamber is a chamber that offers 1.3 to 2.0 ATA depending on the chamber manufacturer. The latter would be the type used for air lifting the injured under pressure.

Please call them and ask them to explain the difference between Regular and Mild HBOT. Lower pressure is all I can say.
Yes, I believe it is helping me and I must say that I really look forward to my hour each day.
I work next door, so it is easy for me to do this 5 days a week.
For me, I have found that it reduces my inflamation, makes me feel well rested and I am also waking up very alert each day. My productivity at work is up and my wife says that I am doing much better.
I have not done the regular HBOT yet, but plan on doing some this month. Then I will be able to compare both.
No problems for me with any type of Herx.
Good luck. If you are any where near the Raleigh / Cary NC area, it is worth giving them a try.
