Anyone have problems BEFORE or during ABX figuring out what temperature it is? I have a severe issue with rarely feeling hot or cold, not knowing when to put a jacket on, etc. Almost like everything feels like a brisk wind. My skin gets cold, but I really dont... at the same time I don't get really hot.
I feel like an idiot asking people Is it warm out? Do i need a jacket?
Anyone else have this sort of issue before starting treatment? I am one month into treatment, and this issue has not gotten better.
Thanks!

Lately I've been wondering what Lyme does to body systems that regulate body temperature. You are talking about feeling external temperature on the outside of your body. So you have temperature-sensing issues and "...don't get too hot or too cold..." Appears you are on the opposite end of the spectrum from what I've experienced:
Once I get too hot I can't cool down, then I feel sick enough to vomit. This can happen with very little exertion. Obviously not looking forward to hot summer days! In winter if I get too cold I can't get warm sometimes for hours. Anyone else have these problems? They are most definitely Lyme-related, perhaps thyroid-related too?
Makes me rememeber when my son was born prematurely. One of the requirements Cory had to meet before being able to leave the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit was being able to keep his body temperature up. Seems to me this is part of the brain's developement. Isn't this why chicks have to be kept warm under heat lights too?
So might this be a mechanism that's gone haywire in both of us? Anyone?
