HEY everyone. Hope your all doing good, probably asleep at this time but what the hey...

I WAS wondering if there is a guideline to follow on when to take medication. I'm taking mepron and zinthromax two times a day.

I usually take it after breakfast at 11am

then work all day then take one more round at 11pm after a light meal.

Is this not good so late at night? I just dont want to take this stuff to work. bbahh I HATE pre-career summer jobs.

Anways, enjoy the weekend!

You know- I was still awake,too-wished I had been asleep though. I have been given Ambien for sleep, but I am finding out that I feel so weird the next day it's not worth the 8 hours of unconciousness-

Anyway- I am not taking the antibiotics you are , and I probably have different schedule, so I take my antibiotics at 8 am and 8pm-after breakfast and bedtime snack. Then i take Elmiron(for bladder) and probiotic at 10pm because they must be on an empty stomach.

Hope you are sleeping in this a.m. I also hope someone else can answer your question more directly.

Even though it is Memorial Weekend-we have no plans -which is just fine with me-more time for naps.

Don't have much time this morning, but wanted to reply to your question.

When I took Mepron & Zith, I took it WITH meals, breakfast & supper.
The Mepron must be taken with food that contains fat grams so that it will be absorbed better by the body.
Foods like cheese, peanut butter, meat, etc.

As expensive as it is, you want your body to be able to make the most of it!!

Then midmorning, afternoon, & after supper, take a couple acidophilus capsules to replenish the good bacteria in your system. (I take 6 per day.)

Be sure to have 2 hours between the antibiotics & acidophilus (before & after) or if won't be able to help you.
