Hello Judith, Yes. I'm on it, although it seems that some doctors may have a bit of a different version on how to use it.
First I started with the Cumanda drops slowly building up to 20 drops 2x/day.
Somewhere in the middle of that time I started the Burbur at 8 drops 4x/day.
Last I added the Samento, which I'm still building up to eventually 15 drops 2x/day, I believe. At first it caused some mild herx response, doing better with it now.
Once I'm at the full dose of Samento, I will stay on it for a certain period of time, and then start cycling.
For me, the Cumanda and the Zithromax caused a big herx. The Burbur helps to moderate the herx, along with pulsing: 3 weeks on the Zith, then 1 week off.
Also, since I cannot have alcohol and it's in an alcohol base, Nutrimedix directed me to put the drops in a cup of water no warmer than 105 degrees. Leave it for 10 min. That would evaporate the alcohol without harming the quality of the herbs.
At the same time I'm taking:
Artemisinin 100 mg. 2x/day Lumbrokinase (Boluoke) 2x per day (for fibrin in the blood vessels) Zithromax 500 mg. 1x/day Nystatin 500000 IU 2x/day Probiotics and many supplements
Soon I'll be adding to this regimen, one by one: Cholestyramine (for neurotoxins) Amantadine (anti-viral, helps ABX penetrate) Flagyl (for cyst form of lyme) Omnicef Mepron
Is there something more specific that you would like to know?
I buy it online at the least expensive site I could find: Susan Ambrosino's Herb Club myherbs.net
Good luck, wishing you and your husband the best.

Thank you hopefull for your reply. My hubby's LLMD pulled him off of all his ABX to try this herbal treatment.
Do you think he should remain on some ABX at the same time? He was on Minocin, Zithromax and Plaquineil. He did not really repsond to it well at all and had diarrhea a lot even with a lot of probiotics. The LLMD felt he was not absorbing the ABX well so did not respond well.
I just hope he sees some relief with this regime.
