I should start out by saying that I have neuro

symptoms of lyme. I am currently seeing Dr.

B. i have a rash on the palm of my hand that i

have a question about. I noticed the rash

before i got the neuro symptoms. It recurs every

few months or so. i get a few raised rahes on

the palm a little bigger than a quarter. I

didnt know if EM rashes could recur or do you

only get them when you first get bit. The rash

goes away pretty quickly so i havent been able

to show dr. B and the pictures I take come out

horribly. Thanks and see everyone at the rally.

Welcome! My rash has stayed 1-3 weeks.

Hubby gave me this tip; try rubbing alcohol on te rash when it starts itching especially on the corns of the entire thing. Helped me, and rash ended mch soon than normal.

Good morning Snapper,

Yes, TBD rashes can come and go.
Some only notice them before treatment, and others only during treatment.

There are many various rashes associated with these illnesses. Don't be fooled by the photos available. While a great tool for distinguishing types, this is not an exact science, and your rash may not look like anything shown.

My concern here is that many look at the photos and think that their rash must not be TBD related because the photos aren't an exact match.

Anyway, I know this isn't your issue, just a side note that I wanted to emphasize [Smile]

My best,
M
