Both my 3 yr old & 11 wk old have what looks like dirt on their forearms that doesn't come off. I don't consider it a rash, it seems more like a skin discoloration. The color is a light tan, like cafe au lait. My 11 wk old just developed it on Sunday. It's not bumpy, itchy or raised.

No, none of them look like it, good. I am trying to get my 3 yr old daughter to our doc tomorrow, she is still nursing & has a high (104.2) fever & is saying her knees, shins & ankles hurt - could just be from the fever, but I know some people say LD is transmittable through breastmilk. I haven't tested positive, just have sore knee joints & weird eye thing going on.

If children have fever and rashes I would take them to a LLMD especialy if you live in a high lyme area which south eastern Pa is. Check here for lyme in PA.
