this is from one of the best, well-known, very lyme literate and disease literate allopathic and alternative MD's --- (not mine):

Forgive everyone who has hurt you or your loved ones, especially subconsciously

Release guilt and undecide decisions that are from guilt; release old emotional "traumas"

Accept yourself as worthy of good health

Find joy, love, will to live and purpose for living

Do juice fasts and detox supplements and colemas

Do lymphwork and mesenchyme remedies

Use EDTA, DMSA,m DMPS, PCA, chlorella, cilantro, L-glutathione, lipoic acid, NAC, garlic, ecomer, etc.

Body-soaks, sauna, BEFE and balance saliva ph

Do infrared detox and/or laser acupuncture detox.

********
And this from me and my own experience: Learn to do the tapping, EFT, MFT (is the one I do) to intensify your forgiving/emotional clearing; do it when nervous or upset; etc. and when you take any medicines. Your emotional releases will intensify and the meds will work a lot better. Tapping opens up all the meridians - similar to
an acupuncture treatment, except that it takes only a couple of minutes and it costs not a penny.

I am sure by now MFT is also on the net for you to learn.

Take care.

Gigi,

Is the tapping you talk about similar to EMDR?

Thanks!

Andie

I've done this recently. Ive been working with Dr. G in washington and I was AMAZED when he picked up on problems in my stomach and bladder. Then he went back to determine an age frame when it happened and then an emotion attached to it.

Since he found neglect and abandonment in my bladder ( and yes this may sound crazy to some, but not us), and picked out the age frame of 26-29 I and I know what that is)....

Im not up peeing 10 times at night. Maybe twice now. This stuff does work.

Gigi,

You are a wonderful, inspiring person to continue to share your wisdom with us.

Dr. K told me that he see's two kinds of patients. The ones that get well tap! The ones that don't, don't get well.

I also see Dr. G in Washington who is practising Dr. K's protocols. They work! They are so easy to learn and they are so simple. Why not do the tapping......what can it hurt?

Thanks for always sharing what you already know with us!

Gigi, what's MFT? Is it what Sab. taught me?? Couldn't find it in google.

I still do 'tapping' a few times a day, but mainly to absorb herbs.

But when I'm herxing/ too toxic, I also do it only as it feels good to do so.

I also add more accupuncture points I like to massage, and do a whole body tapping, people think I'm nuts.

But it feels so good after!

I know about EFT, which you can find online, but what is MFT?

Here's some info, but I still am having a hard time figuring out how to do it, anybody have any tips? I'm afraid of tapping the wrong messages into my body [Big Grin] :

Mental Field Therapy = MFT According to Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt

as presented in a Seminar, June 2003 in Austria

(later changes of Klinghardt's method cannot be updated regularly.)

(Description and text copyright: Sabina and Dr. August Rueggeberg - Munich)

In Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt's "Neural Kinesiology" or "Regulation Diagnostics" and in his "Psycho-Kinesiology" there are various methods to relax or decondition physical and/or emotional stress. The most recent and widely used technique is MFT, which resembles Serge Kahili King's Dyna-Mind-Technique (DMT) in various aspects.

In Psycho-Kinesiology DMT can be used to defuse kinesiologically uncovered "unresolved mental conflicts" (UMC), or MFT according to Klinghardt can also be used as a stand alone technique to resolve physical or mental stress without uncovering the exact nature of physical conditions, sensations, or the emotional contents.

If MFT is used to relieve sensations, pain, or emotional stress without
analysing the details, it is nevertheless recommendable to make the nature of sensations or emotions clearly conscious before tapping.

MFT is also useful to substitute restricting sets of belief by new constructive beliefs.

According to Klinghardt MFT can effectively be used to treat migraine, allergies, and even virus infections. For viruses there should however also a treatment with adequate medicine be included.

The physical correlate of unresolved emotional conflict or stress is a conditioned nerve loop connecting the limbic system, where many experiences are stored, with the Hypothalamus, where the physical stress response of the autonomic nerve system is triggered.

These loops activate stress in specific organs and typically corresponding feelings, so that e.g. with stress in the kidneys anxiety is one of the feelings typically going with this.

Deconditioning or defusing the learned loop does not delete the stored information in memory, but it removes the loop so that no stress is triggered anymore.

Owing much to the work of Roger Callahan, an especially great number of acupuncture points is touched in the tapping procedure.

In most of the 9 tapping positions all 10 finger tips are tapping together in order to activate the many acupuncture points, which are located at the finger tips. Thus almost all meridians are included in the treatment.

While tapping, the client concentrates on the sensations or emotions to be treated, so that a response of relaxation (in stead of stress) can be established by deactivating the sympathatic and activating the parasympathatic part of the autonomic nerve system.

Investigations have shown that this is best achieved by tapping in a slow waltz rhythm for at least 3 times (123 223 323), or as long as is needed to speak the prescribed healing sentence (see below).

Tapping should not be done to softly, but with a strength which feels easy and comfortable for the client. The best speed proved to be between 1 and two taps per second.

the 9 MFT tapping positions

(F1 = thump, F2 = forefinger, F3 = middle finger, F4 = ring finger, F5 = small finger)

1. 10 fingers tap the area between the acupuncture points G19 and G21 or

between the large and small fontanelles respectively - fingers of both hands tapping beside each other .

2. Both F5 between the inner ends of the eye brows, both F1 on the ending points of the triple warmer in a small depression near the lateral ends of the eye brows somewhat above the temple, F2, F3, and F4 equally distributed on the eye brows.

3. Gall bladder line: both F5 on the acupuncture points GB1 on the little bones forming the lateral angle of the eyes,

both F1 on the end points of the small intestine meridian just inward of the ear wholes

both F2, F3, and F4 equally distributed between them forming a little curve opening downward inward.

4. Opening both arms upward outward with forearms strongly bended and hands behind the back of the head, opening the thorax and lifting the breastbone for tapping

both F5 beside each other on the soft depression right above the visceral vertebrum cv1, both F1 in the soft depression inward the lower end of the bones behind the ears,

both F2, F3, and F4 distributed between them tapping the soft part of the nack right below the big bone forming the back of the head.

5. Stomach meridian line: both F2 on points 1 of the stomach meridians in a small indent in the middle of the bone below the eyes,

both F3 on points 2 of the stomach meridians, somewhat inward below Points 1 of it,

both F5 on the lateral angles of the (closed) mouth, both F4 in the middle between F3 and F5,

both F1 on the muscle closing the upper and lower jaws, right in the lateral angle between them.

6. F1 and F5 of only one hand (no matter which) on the lateral ends of the upper lip,

F3 on the center of the upper lip,

F2 and F4 in between on the upper lip.

7. now F1 and F5 of the other hand on the lateral ends of the lower lip,

F3 on the center of the lower lip,

F2 and F4 in between on the lower lip.

8. Pull a horizontal line through both nipples sideward over the costal arches, tap this line with the length of the thumbward side of the forefinger on both sides of your thorax (this touches point 21 of the spleen Pancreas meridian and also the gall bladder meridian).

9. Both F1 on points 27 of the kidney meridians, on the depression between breastbone, clavicle, and first rib,

both F5 on the thymus, soft depression some 4 fingers below the upper end of the breastbone,

both F2, F3, and F4 in a slight goblet-shaped curve between them.

If work is done with a set of beliefs, sort of a problem situation, feelings or emotions that can be put into words, a short and clear sentence is repeated 9 times while and as long as tapping the 9 described tapping positions. Singing them softly will increase relaxation.

This sentence has two parts:

the first addresses the problem for which the treatment is done, while by tapping the former stress response is replaced by a relaxation response,

the second outlines the wanted solution or alternative, enabling to switch to it in the same relaxed way. - e.g.:

"Though having stress with sex from the relation with XY, now I allow myself joyful, fulfilling sexuality."

"despite having missed love from my parents as a child, I will now enjoy loving and trustful relations."

"Though having acquired my mother's anger towards my father, I will now enjoy my peaceful relation with XY."

Thus the sentences can address unresolved earlier problem experiences / situations, or alternatively systemic dynamics from the family or other social systems, which were found out. In formulating the sentences, make sure to use client fraises and to put

aspects closely together, which were mentioned together by the client.

Treating others with MFT, the healer focuses on stabilizing the energy field of the client by sending love or La'a kea. Treating yourself with MFT, try to stabilize your own energy field by calm breathing or pico pico, and go into the sensations or feelings at stake as vividly as you can.

The effect of MFT can be increased by finishing it with "equilibration breathing":

While inhaling deeply, pull your toes and feet upward as far as possible.

While exhaling, stretch your feet and toes downward as far as possible.

In a way, MFT can substitute taking drugs: During you undergo a drug treatment, you regularly do MFT while taking the drug. Following the rules of classical conditioning, MFT will later do the same or a similar job as did the drug.
