Not itchy, not bumpy but almost scarlet in color. I have 3 of them on my stomach and one on my chest, and I kind of remember my dad with light skin having these eons ago.

They aren't huge or bumpy.....just smooth about the size of a large freckle. But very dark red. [Frown]

Anyone else? Is this just a sign of age, Irish white skin or something related to lyme?

[confused]

Yes, that's exactly how my whole body looked the summer of 99 when the flu from he** came on. These dots have since turned a lighter color red/brownish. I have thousands all over me.

Every so often some more of the red ones pop up again.

Good morning Poor,

We were just discussing this very thing a couple of days ago here.

(Di, your first link is about a constellation for stars?)

Anyway, not sure if what I have is the same, but by your description, it very well could be.

I have what look like freckles on my body, but they are very bright red. It is NOT a rash...just what look like embarrased freckles [Smile]

My new LLMD just told me that he has found a correlation between these and Babs, especially when located on the trunk and breasts.

Just something to think about...

Hi!

My LLMD said they are called cherry angiomas, (or something like that), also that if they are on the breast area, they are mostly related to babs.
At the begining of my treatment I had two, after my third month on mepron I got like 10, now I have like 20 and they keep coming out, mostly on my upper body. I am ++++++reactive to the WA1.

Take care,

I get teeny tiny red dots scattered here and there. Occasionally I get a few the size of a freckle. They suddenly disappear. Not raised or itching. Arms. legs, chest, stomach...

I had a couple on my ankle and stomach that went away after being treated with mepron for 4 months. I just checked my stomach and there are about 15 of that have come back . . more than what I started with . .ugh

I get them on my forearms after I
shower. They are light colored and go
away pretty quickly.

This morning was the first time I
woke up with them. Again, they
disappeared within the hour.

I guess 6 months on mepron/zith/
artemisinin wasn't enough -
discouraging to say the least.

I used to get what looked like
bruises on my lower legs. Now
I'm thinking maybe it was vasculitis.
Anyhow, this resolved with lyme tx.

I had similar red dots on my legs. LLMD said it was a Lyme reaction to Amoxy.

Same here, Hats, I get them scattered but they rarely go away, just get a couple more. Mine almost look like a capillary is facing up to the skin, don't know if that makes sense. (Some are on my hands too.)

They look like the ones in the linked picture above only far fewer of them.

I also get red dots that spontaneously bleed, I don't know what that's about. [Roll Eyes]
