If your tongue has white/non-white fuzzy crap on it, that you can brush off, and your urine has cloudy stuff in it, that clumps up after it settles to the bottom of bottle I pee in, and it floats around in a fuzzy mass.......

I have been eating tons of sugar/carbs from the start...I was told I could eat anything, and I did....

Fast foods, real soda, sweets, candy, you name the food, I ate it!

Yeast?

Thanks!

It could be yeast, but it could also just be due to poor digestion and toxicity. I was told by a doctor that true oral thrush is like a raised white glob on your tongue that you can scrape off and it is sorta red underneath then i think??

Anyways...
My tongue turns white/yellow sometimes but I have serious digestive problems and a bad bacterial overgrowth that showed up on a comprehensive stool analysis.

It is very possible it is due to yeast, but yeast is not always the cause of film on the tongue and cloudy urine.

You should be trying to prevent yeast though with a strict diet and tons of probiotics.

Thanks!

This probably is yeast though. I have had this tongue stuff for awhile, and have eaten tons of sugar, high carbs, and abx.....

I am going to change today!

Could be causing your fatigue too.

All that sugar would kill me!!

try swishing around some probiotics in your mouth, see if that helps too.

I would be in so much pain if I eat like that!

My husband and I visited friends in another state(in fact we were near Boston MA) and stayed at there house, with alot of other people....

When everyone got up in the morning they had tons of food for breakfast. I couldn't eat any of it... It was bread, doughnuts, pastries, cakes, SUGAR, BREAD, MORE SUGAR.... OH AND DID I SAY SUGAR.

I politely asked if I could make myself an egg. They all looked at me as if I were insane. "There's plenty of food" they all said. I hate having to explain to them all.... I'm not on a diet... It would kill me if I ate like that!

I was glad to get home and have my egg!

Hey Boston,

I was doing the sugar/carb thing too. I had always been a good eater, but after getting sick and being stuck at home (and hubby doing the shopping = Uh Oh!) I started eating wrong foods. I craved them. I would laugh and say "gotta feed them 'ketes!

I thought that was funny then, but after I developed leaky gut, it was no longer funny. In fact, I was so swollen in my hands and feet, I couldn't walk or stand more than 5 mins nor could I brush my hair or teeth; open doors, cans, jars, bottles, pill bottles, etc.

After starting the vegan diet (I am now eating lean meat again)within 2 weeks all that swelling went away and I could walk for two hours before having to sit. I couldn't believe that what I was eating could have contributed so much to inflamation.

You might get away with that kind of junk food when you are healthy, but when you are sick, you just can't do it.

My husband pointed to a picture of a lushious desert at a restaurant the other night and said "hmmm doesn't that look good?" I responded "Nope, it looks like chronic illness to me!"

That is how my brain sees it now.
