ok, i'm having brain fog. how do you detox internally? i've seen a 7 day detox powder that you mix with water and drink. i think they say one day is for liver, 1 day for colon, etc, but it lasts a while.

i've also heard a dr. j sells a pale spike lobelia and some neuro pill that helps. it's expensive tho and you can order online.

also how does the mustard foot bath work? the water never changes color. it just stays bright orange, so how do you know it's working?

i've read so much I'm confusing myself!!!!

What are colonics?

It is also called Colon Hydrotherapy. Colon hydrotherapy removes not only fecal matter from the bowel but also sludge and debris that has attached itself to the wall of the colon.

It has been shown that these residues can be years even decades old and often learked out toxic doses of many different chemicals during those years of residue collection.

During a metal detoxification program, many toxins appear on the bowel surface and shifted from bowel surface into the fecal matter. However, since many toxins are neurotoxins, and the colon is lined with nerve endings, many of the mobilized toxins are reabsorbed into the body on the way down. To intercept these toxins while in the colon, colon hydrotherapy is the ideal method.

Recommended use: 1-2 colonics per week during active phase of detox.

If you have been sick and taken medications of any sort and have never had a colonic, you will be amazed at what you have carried around with you for probably a long, long time.

Take care.

P.S. The remedies you mentioned probably all help. But they will not take the place of a colonic.

I guess a coffee type isn't good for Lymies? My chiro said her husband had severe Lyme, swollen, sore knees & Bell's Palsy.

He took abx for a week, then did a total body detox for 6 months, including coffee enema's. I wonder if it's okay to do this while breastfeeding? I don't see how a colon cleanse would hurt.
