My kids have been sick for a few days. Feaver and some vomiting. I thought they had the stomach flu.
Then yesterday my son got a rash on his feet. A bad one, and his hands. I called the nurse and she said
to look in their mouths. They are full of sores! Then I said well I have had these kanker sores
that don't wana go away. I wonder if I have it too. She said if I have lyme then I probably have
a suppressed immune system and my chances of getting it are higher. So I dug out the
flashlight and looked in my throat. Sure enough I have the same sores that they do! Ugh... Oh the
joy of it all!

Hello, One of my girls had it when she was younger and my daughters boyfriends young son just got over it.I was horrified of the name... it passed in a few days though.
Hate to hear you are all sick, I think it was a virus. What does the net have to say about it? Drink a lot of fluids and try to rest

Get rid of all man made foods. Veggie oils are poison. All diet foods and drinks are poison.
Cook only with olive and coconut oils. Natural fats are very necessary for the immunes system.
Feed the kids eggs bacon unprocessed ham, beef whole grain breads. Processed meats like balonga contain tons of chemicals...
Beware of milk products some kids are allergic...
Western soy products are poison.
Any hydrogenated oils, foods, highly processed white flour, super corn syrup can weaken the immune system, plus cause diabetes...
Margarine is a very nasty poison.
Of course avoid fast food joints. Beware, many of the upscale restruants are nothing but high priced fast food joints. They use prefab food shipped from the company warehouses...
You have got to study and understand how to feed the body and immune systemm... Start by Goggleing Dr Mary Enig to learn about the lies of the low fat diets....
Low cholesterol is bad for you. Normal cholesterol is 240 or higher... This is a lie put out by drug companies... Of course the Ducks go along because they get kickbacks...
Google Statin to find out about the horrors of taking this poison...
Cholesterol is the fuel for the brain and immune system.. Low cholesterol puts you at high risk for cancer, lyme, and God only knows what else...
The Ducks know nothing about human nutrition..
Good Luck Tj

Aaaah! The infamous Cocksackie virus!
I was always a lot sicker with this when the kids brought it home to me than they were. Kids heal quickly. Hope you are all better soon.
