Cat's Claw is an immune modulator, which helps to rebalance the dysregulation caused by stealth infections like Lyme.
It is also anti-microbial, anti-fungual, anti-parastical, etc. The only thing it can't kill is malaria and it's relatives (like Babesia).
IME, the TOA free, liquid form is best,called Samento, and most research backs that up. Others, like Buhner, disagree and prefer the whole herb.
