or for a few days and then BAM! I feel like crap. I can't pinpoint any specific trigger and it's very frustrating. I'm always waiting to see how I feel.
Is this Lyme normal? Constant changing of way you feel with no warning?

yep, for me it is. You feel OK, and then bam back down.
ive tracked mine and i know the first half of the month like from the 5-14 im going to be bad. some months are worse then others.
then one minute i am feeling ok....in a few hours im bad again.
