I am starting a new thread since my question may have gotten buried in another post.

I believe that I read that Dr. K advises against the far infra red saunas when mercury amalgams are present. And now I learned the same for the KMT.

Does this also apply to Rechts-Regulate? What are your thoughts on the foot patches? Thanks.

And other forms of de-tox, too?

As I wrote in another post, I am not currently in a position to be able to afford this kind of dental work.

Are there detoxing methods I should be wary of, too, until I can make the filling removal happen?

Thank you for any advice!

I responded on the original post that contains
Dr. K's message referring to detox reactions. If people have not read his message, it is difficult to follow what is being discussed here.

Take care.
