I took Diflucan and Tindamax, which is like Flaygl; together for 60 days with no problems. I took the Tindamax in the morning and evening and the Diflucan in between in the afternoon. Hope this helps.

I see that you were asking about drug interactions.
According to the website www.drugdigest.com, flagyl and diflucan can be taken together. The only interaction that showed up was that flagyl shouldn't be taken with alcohol, but you probably knew that already. I personally would make sure they were not taken at the same time of day, however.
Please make sure that your liver enzymes (chem. panel) is checked frequently.

Taking them together reduces the effectiveness of Tinidazole or Tindimax (same class drug as flagyl), from what I've read. It won't kill you or give you a bad reaction like drinking alcohol with the drug would, but might indirectly harm you by reducing the drug's beneficial effects. I take mine at least two hours apart.
