Hi Everbody,

My kids say they detect a bad odor on the vitamin B tabs I am giving them.

Any suggestions?

Char

Char, as far as I know all B complexes smell like that.

I used to work for a vitamin bottling company and the days that they ran B complexes were brutal. I'd come home from work and my hair and clothes stunk from it. Yuck!

My best suggestion is to have them try holding their noses while taking them. (Once they are swallowed you don't smell them anymore.)

I'm taking a sublingual B complex that tastes like cherry, I think? I'm very picky about medicine flavors, but I don't mind this one at all.

It's made by Vitamin Solutions and I got it at the local Vitamin store.
