I think so. I have Interstitial Cystitis and many others here have it as well. I blame the Lyme for sure!
Do you have an infection or just symptoms of a UTI?

All I can say is that a month after I was first diagnosed with Lyme, and treated inadequately by an ignorant Duck, I began with severe, recurrent UTI's, which eventually led to incontinence which eventually led to Interstitial Cystitis which eventually led to a bladder repair.
Happy ending though- I am much improved, followed by a urogynecologist and an LLMD. Still not ready to give up the diapers though-just afraid to leave home without them. More a security issue than need.

yep, any infection is common with lyme.
I have IC like carol and lymetoo. It all started for me in January.....many many cultures and NO bacteria found. Meanwhile my bladder was being eaten away.
Did you have a culture done?
